METHOD
- Pour 2 table spoons
oil in a pan and fry onions, cashew nuts, green chilies’ and tomatoes. Always
choose ripen tomatoes, it will add rich flavor to the curry.
- Cool the mixture
and make paste.
- Put butter in the
pan and add chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic
paste and garam masala powder.
- Then add the above
paste.
- Put on low flame
for about 20 minutes.
- Then pour a little
water in the mix and boil it until thick gravy is formed.
- Add paneer cubes
and turn off the stove.
