Paneer butter masala

INGREDIENTS

Paneer
250g
Onions
4
Cashewnuts
8
Tomatoes
2
Green chillies
8
Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp
Chilli powder
1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Jeera powder
1 tsp
Butter
2 small cubes
Oil
2 tbsp
Salt
according to taste

METHOD
  • Pour 2 table spoons oil in a pan and fry onions, cashew nuts, green chilies’ and tomatoes. Always choose ripen tomatoes, it will add rich flavor to the curry. 
  • Cool the mixture and make paste.
  • Put butter in the pan and add chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste and garam masala powder.
  • Then add the above paste.
  • Put on low flame for about 20 minutes.
  • Then pour a little water in the mix and boil it until thick gravy is formed.
  • Add paneer cubes and turn off the stove.
